The apartment

In this house located in the Salamanca district, we wanted to recreate a small grand universe. The long floor lit corridor, decorated in such a way that gives it a “space” feel, is done like this to give it the sense of being a “take-off strip” to take us to transport us to a world of comfort.

The first trip by NASA to space, space nebulae create the kitchen wall, geometrical elements, a combination of materials such as stones, metals, glass…. the integration of the five elements and details that appeal to the five senses… an eclectic world harmonized for the enjoyment and well-being of its occupants.

From the mural done by artists Anna Domingo Enrich and Giacomo Sargenti, the sculpture made from the heating pipes found in the house that were combined with brass by the Chilean artist Carlos Ebeno Pinto and even the planetary art pieces and watercolors in the rooms are all beautiful. Each piece is unique and carefully designed for each and every one of its corners.

The result is a refreshing house, bold yet elegant.

We have dreamed and interpreted our own world to create this UNIVERSE HOME.

Welcome to our comfort galaxy.

The house has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has as en-suite bathroom and two beds that can be converted into a “king size” bed if put together, which adapts to the client´s requirements. The second bedroom has a double bed (queen size).

Ideal both for families and for business men who want to stay comfortably during a business trip.

The Salamanca district

Ideal for lovers of the good life. An unbeatable location, it is in the heart of the Salamanca district, adjacent to the calle Hermosilla, very close to Goya, Serrano and Ortega y Gasset, the capital´s shopping paradise with the most exclusive boutiques in the city including: Hermés, Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Dior, Tod´s, Valentino, Gucci, Armani, Dolce & Gabbana, Loewe, Prada, Carolina Herrera or Míu Míu.

It is one of Madrid´s most exclusive districts. Built in the middle of the 19th century it formed part of the urban expansion plan carried out during the reign of Isabel II, becoming the new area of luxurios building which would house the aristocratic and bourgeois classes of Madrid.

In addition to being a residential area it also lives alongside other activities such as the business area, diplomatic and, especially commercial, since it is one of the most important luxury fashion areas in Madrid.

At a cultural level, it is advisable to visit the National Archaeological Museum, the Lázaro Galdiano Museum and the Juan March foundation. Also, places that stand out are the Carlos Amberes Foundation, and the Barclaycard Centre (former sports palace), international concert venue. We recommend one visits its numerous art galleries and auctions, located on Villanueva Street.

At a gastronomic level, we can find prestigious restaurants awarded with Michelin stars, such as Zalacaín, Ramón Freixa in the Unique Hotel and Kabuki in the Wellington Hotel, as well as high quality restaurants where you can find all different kinds of cuisines from Asian to Peruvian, not forgetting the traditional Spanish cuisine.

• Check in 4 pm to 9 pm; Late check in from 9 pm to 9 am requires an extra charge of €50;
• Check out till 10 am;
• Minimum stay of 4 nights, from 20th December to 7th January there is a minimum stay of 7 nights;
• There is a cleaning fee of €95;
• A safe reimbursable deposit is asked of €300;
• Family friendly;
• Attention: upon booking, a payment of 50% is obliged. Payments will not be reimbursed once they have been done.
