The area

This villa is an old traditional mansion whose renovation was completed in 2014 with lots of love and passion from the new owners. The traditional way of living meets the luxury and the modern amenities here. 

Stone walls and arches, wooden doors and ceilings, noble furniture, lights and paintings take you to forgotten worlds. The large swimming pool is 7 by 5 meters and 1.8 meters deep and also has a shallow child’s part. It offers incredible views to the mountain and the sea, and the beautiful, fragrant, colorful garden decorate the fairy scene.

It lies in the picturesque village Kaliviani Kissamou where elements of the Cretan culture remain set up to these days, and you can spend time at the traditional coffee-shops and tavernas. Just a few kilometers away are the famous Falasarna beach with the endless sand, the exotic Elafonisi, the breathtaking lagoon of Balos and the island of Gramvousa with the Venetian castle.

The villa

The villa has a total of four bedrooms, for a total of up to nine guests.

Bedroom one has a double bed;
Bedroom 2 has two double beds and two single beds;
Bedroom 3 has two single beds;
Bedroom 4 has a single bed.

There is a CD player, a Illy Francis espressomachine, a dishwasher, DVD player, iPod docking station – and speakers,
a microwave, a mini safe, a television with local channels and a washing machine.

Particulars

• Check in from 3 AM to 12 AM;
• Check out till 10 AM;
• Welcome basket with traditional Cretan products;
• Maid service twice a week, including new towels and linens;
• The garden and the pool are cleaned once a week;
• Pets are not allowed;
• This villa is family friendly.
